This web-site is for students that have to learn state names, capitals and their nicknames. Two properties about one state are always given. The student has to choose the third one from a list of 10. If a question is answered incorrectly the probability that a question about this state is asked again becomes higher. In contrast, if the student answers correctly, questions about this state are less likely. This allows the student to concentrate on states that the student has not learned yet and optimizes the learning effect. Good luck!
